No No No. I refuse to be sick.

Headaches, muscle pain & fatigue, sore throat, urge to vomit… And of course, these symptoms are the worst during my classes. Luckily the bathroom is next door and the students don’t think it’s weird when I run out of the room.

Though the best part is having the urge to vomit while driving home on the highway. Fun times, I tell ya.

If I disappear for a while, I’m just in bed and can’t move. I’ll catch up on my e-mails one of these days…

If you are open to the idea there are some herbal cures that will work wonders: Turmeric and Cayenne Pepper. Seriously, these will kill anything. Try to find the cayenne organic and make the turmeric into a tea and roast a spoonful lightly and add to hot water. Drink at least twice daily. And take a look at http://www.earthclinic.com/

On no Jennie! That stinks… I hope you feel better soon. Just get lots of rest. Look at it this way, if you get it out of the way now, then you can be healthy for Christmas! At least that is how I am looking at my cold.
