Rhône-Alpes is supposed to get more snow on Friday. The forecast says neige forte, and they’re predicting around 6 inches for Chambéry. Good thing I don’t have to go anywhere and David’s work is only a few blocks away so he can walk. I’m already back on (paid) vacation after two days of phonetics exams (for which I will be paid overtime). Eleven more days off!
In the meantime, I’m going to try to get the rest of my lessons prepared for the entire semester and work on my website more. I am trying to respond to all the e-mails, but I’ve still got a long way to go. With upcoming trips to Germany and possibly Italy this summer, I want to focus more on those languages (and especially the comparative tutorials with French.)
I actually have some rather ambitious travel plans this spring & summer, and I can’t stop thinking about where to go and what to see. Darn you Rick Steves and your Europe video podcasts that make me want to see everything on this continent!
