Nous avons le plaisir de vous proposer un poste en tant qu’assistante de langue anglaise dans l’académie de Grenoble.

That’s right, I got renewed!!!!!! Yay for having an income again!

The only sucky thing is that it’s an hour from here by train. Plus my two schools are not close together, so I can’t walk between them.

But whatever. I’m so excited!!!

please can someone help me find who this lady is.
she's registered on this site, here's her profile:

    http://www.muslima.com/member_profile.cfm?ID=15...

she's from Grenoble, Rhône-Alpes, France 31 years old, her name is katia, but this is probably just a nickname on the site, her nationality is lebanese.

I'd appreciate it if anyone would help me.

Thanks everyone! I think I will be sleeping on the train during the commute...

It was good to meet you & the family today, Penny! David & I should be able to make it on Saturday.

Oh that is excellent news! Congratulations :)

I didnt realize this when I met up with you this afternoon. It was lovely to meet you and your charming frenchman! Please excuse my feral children - they are not normally so bad but sleep deprivation has done a number on all of us :)

yay! you deserve it, I couldn't believe it when you weren't going to be renewed. Too bad about the distance but at least you can utilise it as already mentioned for reading, sleeping or correctly homework. French trains are pretty comfy.

Congratulations! My second year I taught in Millau, which is an hour from where I live, and it all worked out. In fact, it was almost better because they put all my hours over 2 days so that I didn't have to make the trajet every day... so I had the rest of the week for other things.

I already F-Book congratulated you, but this is worth two congratulations:

    Felicitations!!!!!

    Yay!

Yes! Such great news -- toutes mes félicitations ! I agree with Joy: you can read on the train, AND correct your students' homework too! It will end up being a good time for you to get things done. So you can make the best of it!
